We do not exist in an ideal world and we are guessing that you don’t either. Our training model is very specifically designed for your real world. It is designed to deal with the complexities of your life; to help you duck and weave around the challenges you face outside of training.

Training with our coaches will guarantee you better results while you learn to exercise more effectively and more safely.

You will:

  1. Receive programs designed exactly to your ability and progressed at the right pace.
  2. Develop a consistent exercise habit, building on success after success.
  3. We promise that, while you will always be trained a little bit out of your comfort zone, you will enjoy the sense of accomplishment, the measurable changes and the continual improvement in your health and fitness.

Remember, like you, our successful clients have kids, deadlines, international travel, shift work and unpredictable work demands.  Our training is always flexible around you.

Our model does not prescribe the one perfect solution that you all need to follow—we create flexible approaches that work with you, not against you.

Clients can select private or supervised sessions and have access to the studio for un-supervised workouts. We offer pay-as-you-go options as well as discounts for longer commitments and even discounts for last-minute bookings for people with unpredictable diaries.

We even offer online training (for people not close by) and at home workouts for people wanting great training in the comfort/safety of their own home.  The coaching is the critical element – the where and the how are just elements that you choose.
