Vitamin D – getting lots of press recently – in summary it is highly beneficial (maybe more so even than fish oil); we are typically deficient in it (thanks to sunscreen, hats, and press induced panic about the sun; and it is actually really easy to fix and maintain healthy levels!). I took my own levels to the highest recommended in just a few months with regular doses of Poliquins excellent D3 product … Its best not to guess about levels though – a blood test can tell you what the levels are and if you need to it can be easily and cheaply sorted…
